At Styliiq, we know you want your books fast and in perfect condition. We have streamlined our shipping process to ensure clarity and reliability. Here is exactly how we handle your order from our DeSoto facility to your door.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We treat every book with care before it leaves our hands.

  • Processing Window: Please allow 2 to 4 business days (Monday – Friday) for us to verify, pack, and hand over your order to the carrier.

  • Daily Cut-Off: Orders placed before 6:00 PM Central Time (CT) will be processed starting that same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will enter the queue for the next business day.

  • Note: We do not process orders on weekends or federal holidays.

2. SHIPPING TIME & CARRIERS

Once your package is with the carrier, it is on its way to you.

  • Estimated Transit Time: 6 to 10 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Carriers: We utilize FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ensure the best delivery route for your location.

  • Alaska & Hawaii: Please note that shipments to these states may take additional time due to distance.

3. SHIPPING RATES

We offer a simple flat-rate structure based on your order total:

  • Orders Under $199: Flat shipping fee of $7.99.

  • Orders Over $199: FREE Standard Shipping.

4. SALES TAX

  • Taxes: Sales tax is not included in the listed price. Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your specific shipping address and state laws.

5. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

To ensure successful delivery, please note:

  • Shipping Area: We currently ship to the United States only.

  • No P.O. Boxes: We require a physical street address for delivery. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

6. ADDRESS ACCURACY

  • It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is 100% correct.

  • If you need to change an address, contact us immediately. Once a label is generated (usually within 24 hours), we cannot reroute the package.

7. ISSUES & RESOLUTION

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the label is created.

  • Damaged/Lost Items: If your books arrive damaged or go missing, please contact us.

  • Resolution Time: We aim to resolve all shipping claims (investigation and replacement/refund) within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Delays: While we strive for punctuality, we are not responsible for delays caused by severe weather or carrier operational issues outside our control.
