At Styliiq, we take pride not only in the books we offer but also in how we deliver them to your hands. Our shipping policy is designed to be completely transparent, so you always know what to expect from the moment you place your order to the day it arrives at your doorstep.
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed Monday through Friday during our standard business hours of 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central Time (CT), excluding public holidays. Orders are typically prepared and packed for shipment within 2–4 business days.

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 6:00 PM CT will be processed the following business day.

Processing includes: payment verification, inventory confirmation, quality checks, and secure packaging.
During peak seasons or major sales events, processing may take longer, but we will always keep you informed of any delays.

We automatically select the most efficient courier based on your location and order weight.
Shipping Destinations
Styliiq currently ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Note: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or freight forwarding services. Please provide a complete residential or commercial address at checkout.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer simple and predictable shipping costs:

Orders of $199 or more: Free shipping

Orders under $199: Flat shipping fee of $7.99
Your order will typically be delivered within 6–10 business days from the date it ships, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Tracking & Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website so you can follow your package in real time.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your order is dispatched.
Address Accuracy & Order Responsibility
Please ensure all shipping address information is entered accurately at checkout, including apartment numbers, ZIP codes, and correct spelling.
Important: Styliiq is not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you need to update your address, please contact us at contact@styliiq.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once your order is processed or shipped, address changes may not be possible.
Inspecting Deliveries
We strongly recommend that customers inspect their packages as soon as they arrive. If your order is damaged, tampered with, or appears incomplete, please report the issue within 7 days of receiving your package to help us resolve it quickly.
Damaged, Lost, or Misdelivered Orders
If your package is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is delivered to the wrong address, contact us immediately at contact@styliiq.com with your order number and any available photos.
We aim to resolve all delivery issues within 5–7 business days, and we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the circumstances.

Handling Fees & Taxes
We never charge handling or packing fees. However, a 5% sales tax will be added at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable local regulations.
Out-of-Stock & Backordered Items
If an item in your order is out of stock or delayed beyond our normal fulfillment time, you’ll be notified via email. You may choose to:

Cancel the item for a full refund

Returns & Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., a defective or incorrect item). If you return an item for personal reasons (such as changing your mind), the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
