Return Window and Eligibility
You may return or exchange items within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The book is unread, unused, and in its original condition
- It must be returned in the original packaging without damage or defacement
- The return must include your proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or packing slip)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Provide your full name, order number, and the reason for your return or exchange.
- If the item is damaged or incorrect, please include clear photographs showing the issue.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

Refund Method and Timeline
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (either Stripe or PayPal). This usually occurs within 3–5 business days. We’ll notify you via email once the refund has been issued. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the funds.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For health, safety, and digital copyright reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Books that have been read, have bent corners, or visible signs of wear
- Digital content including eBooks, downloadable files, or PDFs
- Gift cards, coupon codes, or promotional vouchers
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at checkout
Damaged or Defective Books
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we sincerely apologize. Please follow these steps:
- Email us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
- We’ll investigate and offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit — based on your preference and item availability.
Note: We may request the return of the damaged item or ask you to safely dispose of it, depending on the nature of the issue.
Exchanges
We offer one-time exchanges for eligible items under the following conditions:
- The item is unopened and within the 30-day window
- Stock is available for the requested exchange
- You’ve followed the return request process above
If the replacement item is unavailable, we’ll offer you store credit or a full refund.
Return Shipping Policy
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was sent in error or arrived defective.
- You may use any carrier of your choice, but we recommend a trackable method to ensure your return is received safely.
- We do not charge restocking fees under any circumstance.
- Prepaid return labels are currently not provided.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven’t already shipped. To cancel, email us at contact@styliiq.com as soon as possible. Once dispatched, your order must be returned through the standard return process outlined above.
