1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long will it take to get my books?

We know you are eager to read, but quality takes a little time.

  • Processing: It takes us 2-4 business days to pick, inspect, and pack your order.

  • Shipping: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 6-10 business days via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

  • Total wait: Please plan for about 8-14 days from the moment you click “Buy”.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Styliiq ships to the United States only. We do not ship to Canada, Europe, or other international destinations at this time.

How much is shipping?

We keep it simple:

  • Orders under $199: Flat rate of $7.99.

  • Orders over $199: FREE standard shipping.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

Unfortunately, no. Our carriers require a physical street address to ensure successful delivery. Please provide a home or office address.

2. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Can I cancel or change my order?

You have a 12-hour window after placing your order to request a cancellation or change (address fix, item swap). Please email contact@styliiq.com immediately with the subject line “CANCEL ORDER”. After 12 hours, your order is likely already in the processing queue and cannot be stopped.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) securely processed via Stripe. We also accept PayPal for express checkout.

Where is my order confirmation?

If you haven’t received an email within 1 hour of placing your order, please check your Spam/Junk folder. If it’s not there, you may have entered your email incorrectly. Contact us, and we will fix it for you.

3. RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

  • Important: To be eligible, the book must be in brand new, unread condition. No bent spines, no dog-eared pages, no writing inside. We cannot resell a used book, so we cannot accept it back if it looks read.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes. Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or damaged in transit), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

My book arrived damaged. What do I do?

Oh no! We pack carefully, but shipping can be rough. Please email us a photo of the damaged book and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We will send out a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Are your books new or used?

All books sold on Styliiq are 100% Brand New. We do not sell used, second-hand, or remaindered books. You are getting fresh copies straight from the distributor.

How do you package the books?

We are book lovers too, so we hate receiving damaged books. We use sturdy packaging materials to protect the corners and spine of your books during transit.
