All transactions are processed in USD, securely handled by our PCI-compliant payment partners. We do not accept cash on delivery, bank transfers, or offline payments.
Yes. All payments are encrypted with SSL and processed through PayPal and Stripe, which comply with the highest industry standards for security (PCI DSS Level 1). We never store full credit card data on our servers.
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days, Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Central Time (CT). Orders placed after 6:00 PM CT will be handled the next business day.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 6–10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email when your package ships.
Not at this time. We currently only ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Yes — orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, as long as they haven’t been processed or shipped. Please email contact@styliiq.com immediately if you need to cancel.
Yes. We offer a 30-day return window for eligible products. Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition. For full details, see our Refund and Returns Policy.
If your package is damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@styliiq.com with your order number and photos. We’ll offer a refund, replacement, or store credit based on availability.
Yes. If your book arrives defective or you received the wrong item, we can offer a one-time exchange. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll provide a refund or store credit.
In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after your payment is processed, we’ll contact you immediately to issue a full refund or offer alternatives (e.g., wait for restock or choose another item).
