Refund and Returns Policy

At Styliiq, we strive to ensure every book arrives in perfect condition. However, we understand that returns are sometimes necessary. Below is our comprehensive policy outlining timelines, conditions, and procedures for returns and refunds.
1. RETURN TIMELINE (30 Days)

Window: We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date your item is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier to request a return.

Expiration: If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
2. ELIGIBILITY & CONDITION OF ITEMS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition you received it. Since we sell books, our standards are strict:

Condition: Books must be unused, unread, and in brand-new condition.

Requirements:

Spine must be unbroken (no creases).

No writing, highlighting, or dog-eared pages.

Cover must be free of scratches or bends.

Packaging: Ideally, please return the item in its original packaging to prevent transit damage.
3. ORDER CANCELLATION (12-Hour Window)
We prioritize fast processing, which limits the time available for changes.

Time Limit: You may request to cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it.

Procedure: Email us immediately at contact@styliiq.com with the subject line “CANCEL ORDER [Your Order #]”.

After 12 Hours: Once the 12-hour window has passed, the order is likely already in processing or with the carrier, and we cannot cancel it. You will need to wait for delivery and follow the standard return process.
4. FEES & COSTS

Restocking Fee: We do NOT charge any restocking fees.

Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item (unless the return is due to our error, such as a wrong or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
We do not accept returns sent back without prior authorization.

Step 1: Contact our support team at contact@styliiq.com with your Order Number and reason for return.

Step 2: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with the correct Return Address and instructions.

Step 3: Pack the item securely and ship it via a trackable shipping method (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). We recommend keeping the receipt.

Return Method: All returns must be sent via Mail. We do not have physical drop-off locations.
6. REFUNDS (3-5 Days)

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected at our facility (usually within 1-2 business days of receipt), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the book.

Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

Timeline: A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a book that is misprinted, damaged, or incorrect:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Attach clear photos of the damage and the packaging.

Resolution: We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you, or issue a full refund. In this specific case, we will cover the shipping costs.
8. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Gift cards.

Downloadable software products or E-books.

Items marked clearly as “Final Sale”.
9. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the package is refused at the door, we will issue a refund for the item minus the actual cost of shipping.
10. LOST, STOLEN, OR “DELIVERED” BUT NOT RECEIVED

Styliiq is not liable for packages that have been scanned as “Delivered” by the carrier but are missing.

We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office. If you believe the package was stolen, please file a report with your local authorities and the shipping carrier.
